Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with td444 or by accessing, browsing or using any part of the td444 platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between td444 and the user with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings of the parties. td444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Use of the td444 Platform is restricted. To register an account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. td444 operates a strict 21+ policy and we do not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person and not a legal entity, trust or partnership registering an account for commercial purposes.
• You must register only one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated at all times.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or otherwise prohibited from gambling under any applicable rule or court order.

td444 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identification documents. Failure to provide adequate verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Account Registration and Security

When you register an account with td444, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. The following account rules apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party. td444 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• You must notify td444 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• All funds in your td444 account belong to the account holder as registered. Transfers between accounts are not permitted.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. td444 may request government-issued ID, proof of address and payment method verification.

td444 uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the Platform. Notwithstanding this, you are responsible for securing your own device and network. td444 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security on your device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

td444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following rules govern financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. td444 may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and will be displayed in the account withdrawal section.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by td444 support following a KYC review.
• td444 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

td444 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independent of td444. These charges are outside td444's control and are the user's responsibility.

Bonuses and Promotions

td444 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated on each promotion's terms page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• td444 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting or system exploitation.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the specific free spin terms published with that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirement on winnings.
• Seasonal promotions tied to cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL or the ICC T20 World Cup are time-limited and subject to their own promotional terms which will be published in advance.

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Any systematic exploitation of bonuses, including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of game outcome, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the td444 Platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting), including accounts registered under a family member's name or a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, exploit or technical method to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft or any criminal offence.
• Collusion with other players in live casino or poker variants to obtain an unfair advantage over the house or other participants.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or at any other point of interaction with td444.

td444 employs fraud detection and game-integrity monitoring systems. These systems operate continuously and flag unusual account activity, betting patterns and transaction anomalies automatically for manual review by our compliance team.

Responsible Gaming

td444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all td444 account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: set alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude your account from accessing the Platform. A temporary exclusion may be set for periods of 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the td444 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive property of td444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, distribute, publicly display or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of td444. Unauthorised use of td444's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, td444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from Platform downtime, technical errors or changes to the games or sports betting markets offered.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional material.
• Losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions or third-party payment provider outages.

Privacy and Data Protection

td444 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to td444's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

td444 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners and fraud prevention services strictly for the purposes of operating your account and maintaining Platform integrity.

Amendments to These Terms

td444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. We may also notify registered account holders via email or an in-platform notification where the changes are significant.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and td444, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. td444 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

td444 operates as a digital entertainment platform. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction. td444 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the scope of td444's operations.
